About Ironstone Services

Ironstone Services LLC is a Georgia-registered federal prime contractor founded by Brett Manning and Baxter Smith — two operators who built this business from the ground up with a simple mission: win government contracts, deploy vetted local contractors, and deliver results that make the government's job easier.

The company operates in a space most small businesses overlook: the federal marketplace requires agencies to award a significant percentage of contracts to small businesses, but few small businesses know how to access it systematically. Ironstone does.

Our model is built on prime accountability. We are the single point of contact for every contract officer on every contract we hold. One number to call. One company responsible. No excuses, no pass-through blame, and no surprises.

We are headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia with a HUBZone-qualified principal office — giving us a competitive advantage on set-aside contracts that other bidders cannot replicate.
